FORETOLD REVELATIONS JULY 13, 2006, REVEALED, CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC ALREADY IN AIRSPACE GLOBALLY.

         

       I, Mariette Do-Nguyen received the following revelation during the night before dawn of July 13, 2006, it contained current symbols to replaced symbols in the Book of Revelations' chapter 12 for me to understand exactly meanings of the Chapter 12 of the Book of Revelations, reveals a woman with her child, serpent, dragon, and the woman’s children. It reveals the beginning of the process of the new earth coming out of Heaven, and justice for all is one of many good elements that will appear out of Heaven in the new earth. Before Justice arrives, rewards and punishments must be carried out. Each and every thought and action automatically generates either reward or punishment. 

           During the night before dawn of July 13, 2006, while I, Mariette Do-Nguyen was in bed, there was a spiritual battle with an enemy force that was attacking my lower left leg. I saw white skin and black stripes on the lower side and a narrow white belly of an extremely long and alive snake that was above the West-Atlantic shore of Europe, above the United Kingdom, France, and Spain, and all the way over West Africa along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean— Morocco, Mauritania, Ghana, Togo, and Benin. The other section of the skin was a giant solid flat mattress of extremely heavy and thick black smoke that was entirely over the continents of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The snake had recently passed a part of the Asian continent, and it was there swirling his head to either fight or run away through the airspace above the continents of Europe and Africa before it headed to the United States of America. The giant side of the body of the snake was his head. It moved sideways toward the west. I saw the side of its body swirling sideways for over the Atlantic Ocean, and I saw the Atlantic Ocean was very narrow between Canada, Maine, and New York all the way to West Africa and Europe. 

       I then saw the Bible open to Chapter 12 of the Book of Revelation, the section that says, “The serpent spewed a torrent of water out of his mouth to sweep the woman away with the current. But the earth helped the woman and opened its mouth and swallowed the flood that the dragon spewed out of his mouth. Then the dragon became angry with the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring.” I continued to see that “The woman fled into the desert where she had a place prepared for her by God.” 

Then the Bible’s page was removed from my dream, and a mass of black thick smoke appeared several hundred yards in front of my face while I was lying face up. As I looked carefully, there was another mass of smoke to its east. Between and above them was group of about a dozen loose dark masses of smoke.

        While I looked through the space between the two thick masses, I saw one right above me and over the Pacific Ocean, out of Western California, and another mass began at the west side of Arizona. I did not see the other ends of these two low thick black smoke masses. The top groups of about a dozen small and loose masses mingled with white clouds that were in between these masses. Some of them had already disappeared into the atmosphere. I thought the one above me would drop on top of me, and a great fear immediately rose in me, because I knew that black smoke is symbolic of the devil’s destructive supernatural power. 

Suddenly, the heavy black smoke above my face moved to the end of Eastern and beginning of the Northern California, and divided the State of California equally as North and South. The thick heavy black smoke without a snake belly was then entirely covering the United States of America, including Northern California, and it was covering Canada. Everything was covered except for Southern California where my physical body was laying on the bed. 

          I looked up, and above Southern California, and over the Pacific Ocean, but not reaching all the way to Hawaii—there was very clear and good air, and I saw a light blue sky. At this point, I felt safe and happy that the Almighty Eternal Master of the universe, my divine biological Father, had prepared this place on earth for me. Therefore, if the North Korean government aims its nuclear long-range missile at Southern California, surely without wrong it will not reach the target! If North Korea or any country’s government aims missiles at the Southern State of California, they will murder their own people instead. 

I then saw that I was a little child, naked from head to toe, climbing on top of a small wooden shelf at the center of a large white wall. While my two hands held the front corner, I drew all my strength and climbed on top of the shelf. About a dozen yards in front of me but on the ground, there was a little child smaller than me. She was kneeling at the step of a rectangular flat form along the wall below the wooden shelf where I was sitting. While she was watching me climb to the top of the shelf, in a loud voice, she said to me, “You put out four thousand dollars, and you reserved one hundred twenty thousand dollars for yourself.” She meant my capital was only four thousand, and the difference was my profits. I knew that she was talking about how I did not lose money after I sent cash to scammers.

        Immediately after she finished her statement, I saw I was already sitting on the small square wooden shelf. I was crossing my legs to hide my genitals from her, and I was sitting inside eight corners of a white chiffon rectangular canopy, with my left side next to the wall, and my right arm toward public view. While I was seeing myself little, I translated the meanings of her statement: Four thousand is symbolic of holiness, the number twenty is symbolic of discernment, and one hundred thousand symbolizes obedience. “I live a life of holiness, obeying my divine biological Father’s commandments. His almighty eternal supernatural power is in me.” 

I then saw a vision that I saw in the year 1997, during the Blessed Sacrament exposition and throughout the Sunday noon services, I saw the right upper arm of my divine biological Father above Saint Andrew’s Cathedral sanctuary. During the night before dawn of July 13, 2006, I saw myself as a little girl with my right upper right arm was facing the rectangular room, and my front was facing west. My upper arm and my face were facing in exactly the same directions that my divine biological Father at the time he appeared to me in year 1997. I quickly realized the narrow square wooden shelf was serving as an altar, and my divine biological Father’s authority was within me. In other words, everything I (as the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe’s heir) do is accompanied by His almighty eternal supernatural power from the beginning to the end. All things that I have done, and all things that I will do, in the natural realm, are destined to prevail. The small child was kneeling on top of a single step, complaining that after I lost money to scammers, I earned a lot of profit from investing four thousand dollars capital. She is symbolic of powerful nations’ government leaders who convert to the Almighty Eternal God in the future, and scammers are symbolic of worldwide government officials who refuse to convert, and lose eternal life for their souls after their earthly lives. 

            A serpent (or snake) is the central focus, and it is symbolic of the devil. The dark smoke symbolizes the devil’s supernatural power. White clouds and angels are symbolic of the Almighty Eternal Master’s supernatural power or the Almighty Eternal God’s presence within human souls. White smoke is symbolic of good works without sincerity and love, or the performance of services in exchange for benefits. Services in exchange for benefits are counterfeit forms of the work of God—generated by people who look for benefits! Spiritual ministers and people, who work full-time for religious non-profit organizations, receive salaries for their daily living. They have sincere hearts and love for others that they serve; they are real servants to the Almighty Eternal God. 

The thick black smoke snake is symbolic of the serpent’s torment of water, or the devil’s most destructive supernatural power. Clear and good quality air space is symbolic of the region under the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe’s divine power that resides within people that obey the Almighty Eternal Master’s laws. They are being protected, guided, and blessed by Him. 

           The areas such as France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Canada, several countries in West Africa, and many countries near South Africa and the Middle East have the most destructive of the devil’s supernatural power that is generated through human minds and actions in their daily lives activities. The dream shows where the devil resides. The devil’s destructive supernatural power is strong, and while it is there, it will act through human minds and natural actions through hatred, generating poison chemicals and mass destructive weapons, wars, murder, violence, lies, scams, mental illnesses and physical diseases, genocide, and many others serious crime activities.  

The devil’s destructive supernatural power is shown in the shape of people’s faces, the texture of their skin, their eyes, the style and texture of their hair, the way they dress, their tone of voice, and the words they use in conversation. In order for any individual to make correct decisions, he or she must depend on the Almighty Eternal God’s supernatural power of discernment. The people who receive this gift seldom do not speak out about what they know about others; because these people are not fortunetellers nor psychic, they do not judge other, but they are the Almighty Eternal God’s true servants. They keep to themselves for protect the work that the Almighty Eternal God entrusts to them.

           There was thick black smoke close to my face at one point in the dream, and I feared that it was symbolic of the devil wanting, through human minds and actions, to strike God’s on-going creation of the earth and human life on earth. Worldwide lawmakers, judicial officers, and atheists commit grave sins. They reject Messiah Jesus and my fully God nature accompany our fully man, and they reject me as the Almighty Eternal Master’s heirs. They further reject teachings, warnings, and orders that the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe entrusted to me, Divine Queen Mariette, who carrying the Almighty Eternal Creator 's Messenger of covenant, who representing independent State Kingdom of Heaven , the nation full with supernatural power, on earthly level. In a blink of an eye, the thick black smoke in my dream moved toward South-Eastern California, covering it from west of Arizona, central California, and throughout the entire United States of America, including Hawaii and Alaska. Above Southern California, the airspace was clear. This is symbolic of the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe predestining and preparing Southern State of California for me on natural ground, where the physical Kingdom of Heaven—World Divine Government’s headquarters would be located. The devil’s supernatural power is prohibited in this region. The destructive devil supernatural power has legal right to destroys people in other regions throughout the global, because people on earth are giving this devil right to destroy them by they disobey the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe’s laws.

       The thick black smoke, without a snake belly, that is above the United States is symbolic of the devil’s supernatural power being weaker there (as it roams through human minds and natural activities) than it is where the snake belly is alive and moving. In other words, hatred, violence, murder, wars, lies, and many other serious financial crimes are growing faster in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, while in the United States of America it is weakening. 

            The rectangular room where I was a little girl and I climbed up and sat on the square narrow shelf, while a smaller girl was kneeling and complaining that I gave money to scammers but still earned a lot of profit from a small capital investment means the following: Money is symbolic of the Almighty Eternal Master’s authority. Scammers symbolize people disobeying the Almighty Eternal Master’s laws. My appearance as a small child is symbolic of the spirit of the truth. The square shelf (altar) is symbolic of holiness, and the wood symbolizes how I embrace a great amount of suffering to benefit the human race (just as my elder brother Messiah died in order for man to learn from Him). My appearance as naked is symbolic of my fully God nature being fully revealed to the human race. The smaller child is symbolic of the religious ministers who have strong faith in the Almighty Eternal God but lack holiness. They were led to wrongly interpret the meaning of the scriptures. The child’s complaint symbolizes their lack of understanding that the result of sin is destruction, and each destruction leads to greater destruction being built on top. They do not acknowledge their wrongs and make changes. Instead, they blame God for allowing the devil to destroy them and others. 

There are several examples: The Almighty Eternal Master gave me warning after warning, I delivered them to United States government leaders, and they ignored the warnings. This eventually led to the terrorist attack in America on September 11, 2001. 

           I reported to the United Nations Security Council members and United Kingdom government leaders regarding the Barclay Bank Plc employees’ illegal and bizarre conduct of during the process of transfer the 10.6 million U.S. dollars donation from a late African man to my Divine Mission. I warned them that if they did not impose international banking laws on the bank’s employees for the 10.6 million U.S. dollars to be transferred to its rightful beneficiary, Rebuild My Church Divine Mission—terrorists would attack United Kingdom. None of them responded to the warning, then suicide bombers attacked the London subway, and killed 52 people and many others were wounded.  

Before United States President deployed American troops to Iraq, I sent warning to United States government leaders, and filed complaint in the United States District Court. The warning and complaint indicated that if the government used taxpayers’ dollars to invade Iraq, the government was violating freedom of religion that is protected in The First Amendment of the United States Constitution, because this invasion would cause a lot of death. The United States government leaders and judicial officers chose to violate The United States Constitution and the Almighty Eternal Master’s laws that led to a lot of death and destroyed structures in Iraq. 

          World government leaders love their decisions against the Almighty Eternal Master’s laws. This leads them to hole after hole, until they are in the bottom of many giant holes. They them complain about God. According to world government and spiritual leaders’ minds, they are always right, and God is always wrong. They are always right, and other country leaders are always wrong. They say to their brothers, “Let me remove that splinter from your eye” while the wooden beam is in their eye, and they are not seeing! 

World government and spiritual leaders are fighting against one another about murdering adults, children, unborn children, destroying eternal life of human souls, and structures. When right were violated by breaking of the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe’s laws, the Almighty Eternal Master issued the flowing ultimatum:  

In the dreams before dawn of July 16, 2006, I saw various individuals, an American lawyer, Filippino man, and several other strangers. They had stolen great amounts of new wood bars that I had cast from a stage on dirt ground. I said to them, “You are thieves! You stole all my wood.” Immediately after the dream, my divine biological Father said to me in Vietnamese, “Daughter, you must offer this cup to me, your Father!” While I was wondering what he really meant, my beloved Father said to me, “She is about to give birth to a child, and you must talk to her.” My divine Father used a natural event as symbolism, and I was wondering who He was really talking about. He continued in Vietnamese, “Lack of respect, and lack of education!” I then heard my divine Father say, “When it comes to religion, people are unable to talk about it, because they blindly believe. She is unable to say anything to you and keep silent.” She is symbolic of government and religious leaders. My divine biological Father’s words revealed exactly of the way United States government and Christian leaders had acted toward me for last twelve years. 

I then saw thick black smoke covering the United States soil in my dream before dawn of July 13, 2006, and my divine Father said, “The United States must convert before other countries throughout the world.” Because my divine biological Father ordered me talk to her, I asked, “Father, what would you like me to do?”  My divine biological Father gently said to me, “Daughter, you send God’s discipline to the human race revelation to the United States Congress.” 

The pregnant female has a child, and her silence is symbolic of the minds and actions of the people of the United States of America, because my dream on July 13, 2006, the thick black smoke covering the United States’ soil appeared after His words that explain the pregnant female and her child symbolic of. The Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe scolds United States government leaders for their lack of respect to foreign countries’ government leaders, and for their government policies. The religious leaders stiff necks and hold strong on to their incorrectly meanings of the scriptures. 

The revelation reveals the guilty verdicts upon legislators and judicial officers for they passed laws, and their rulings that give rights to women, doctors, and nurses to murder unborn children through abortions, judicial officers’ daily practices badly harm the Almighty Eternal Master’s on-going creation of human life on earth. They further harm creation through same-sex partners and same-sex marriages. These judicial officers dwell within the devil’s supernatural power. They further invite the devil’s supernatural powers to enter students’ and teachers’ lives by preventing students and teachers from conducting prayer in public school. This action indirectly forces students and teachers to turn their backs to the Almighty Eternal God and embrace the destructive devil. These judicial officers are too afraid of the devil, and they order the removal from government buildings and public lands of The Ten Commandments, crosses, and religious monuments, so that they can worship the devil through statues of deceased and living humans, raising them to positions of status. 

The fact is that, as long as United States government leaders and judicial officers refuse to comply with the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe’s laws, they continue badly damaging American people’s and the global public’s earthly lives, and the lives of their souls. Global destruction will only get worse, because indirectly the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe appointed the United States government to act as the elder brother for its younger brothers and sisters throughout the world to follow.  While the United States government leadership on the destructive path, the International government also on the destructive paths with them. 

This means that the United States government and spiritual leaders must fully end all thought and actions that violate the laws of the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe. Thy must comply with all His laws in order to lead the American people correctly, so that the international community can then follow them. 

The Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe is directly giving out orders for various levels of destructive supernatural power to discipline the human race in the spiritual realm, especially world government and spiritual leaders, lawmakers, judicial officers, and terrorists such as Al-Qaeda and Hamas, because all of them are rebels to His laws. 

         The revelation came in my dream revealed the Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe’s peace, love, healing, and sincere service will grow from Southern California, and no human on earth can prevent this. Various regions throughout the globe will be spared. Which countries or regions will receive quicker benefits depends on government leaders, lawmakers, judicial officials, religious leaders, and all individuals’ obedience to God, the Master of the Universe’s laws. While those refuse to convert and obey the Almighty Eternal Master’s laws, they must pay greater amount than they damage others.  The Almighty Eternal Master and sole owner of the universe has control over planets, the Earth, and everything above, below, and on Earth, and all details revealed above must fulfill with all cost to human race!

        Genuine Covid - 19 Origin:  Covid -19 virus originated from poison animals for purposes of consuming destruction evil actions result residuals.  There also good residuals result from human who complying to the Almighty Eternal Creator’s creation laws.  Both residuals are power resign in airspace everywhere, more or less depending on results of people and animal actions.

             Once good residuals power filled airspace, we can saw blessing of various kinds, various boxes occurred.  Once evil residuals filled the airspace, we saw various kinds of destruction, such as wars, terrorism, abortion activities, hatred, sexual misconducts, murdering, lying, robbery, taking advances of minors, elderly, and innocent people, and etc.

       Covid-19 pandemic (flame) dropped in airspace (pool of gasoline), flame scotching until it burned out or to very small amount gasoline left. Absolutely governments and government officials never win Covid – 19, invisible enemies on airspace! They can help with supplies to medical profession calm Covid -19 symptoms, while invisible enemies transformed in to differences symptoms, such as various kinds of mental illnesses and other physical diseases.

         In order to reduces or slow down the process of using bad power through Covid – 19, people required to make lot of changes in their spiritual life (spiritual life is energy generate by human souls for physical bodies functioning.) for obeying the Almighty Eternal Creator’s creation laws, live each one life correctly, that generate good deeds. Or it is good residuals.  Good residuals or power slowly replace the bad residuals or power.

          

      Earth is Copy of Heaven: Earth is copy of Heaven meant, all things created or formed spiritual realm, high level power stage before come on earth! Without high power of both good and bad, there is no existence of the earth.  All scientists and everyone souls created in spiritual realm before incarnated in women wombs and borne in this world.  Scientists services always depending on what come in their heads. Memory and wisdom are residing in spiritual realm, which is invisible.

          The Almighty Eternal Creator Intervention:  Attached herewith a section from Messenger of Covenant Mariette Do-Nguyen, briefly explained almighty eternal supper natural power, or the Almighty Eternal Creator. Who have no beginning, no end that always exist! It has nothing to do with any religion, but relationship between the Almighty Eternal Creator and human souls.  Without soul there is physical body.         As the Almighty Eternal Creator’s Messenger of Covenant, I began assumed my divine active services responsibility, immediately after the Messiah came on earth as Jesus fully man and breathed! He transferred the ongoing creation of the earth and living creatures, included human race along with governing them, by said, “Woman, behold, your son – (son) behold, your mother.” John 19:26-27

      Messenger of Covenant is almighty eternal supernatural power, part of the Almighty Eternal Creator, that he built to my soul at the time He created my soul.  At the moment my soul incarnated, my double naturals representing Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

             (Blessed Mary and Apostle John served as natural existence revealed future coming on earth.  Woman is female soul, who then revealed on Chapter 12 of the Book of Revelation.  The son in John 19:26-27 meaning the on going creation of the earth, all thing above, below and on earth, exactly the son carried by the woman on chapter 12 of the Book of Revelations.)

          Governing authority power built to Jesus and my souls, revealed and recorded in Rev. 11:3-6

“I will commission my two witnesses^* to prophesy for those twelve hundred and sixty days, wearing sackcloth.”4^b These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands^* that stand before the Lord of the earth.5^* If anyone wants to harm them, fire comes out of their mouths and devours their enemies. In this way, anyone wanting to harm them is sure to be slain.6They have the power to close up the sky so that no rain can fall during the time of their prophesying. They also have power to turn water into blood and to afflict the earth with any plague as often as they wish.”  Rev. 11:3-6

            The last several decades, part of human race in general, more in global governments became dragon spewed torrent of water out of his mouth and the earth opened it mouth swallowed the flood that dragon spewed.

       Result from CIA operatives and some top United States government officials committed the above felony crimes, created the most amount of residuals / evil power.  Beside lot of American people done bad things, and American tax payers dollars paid salaries and all expenses for CIA agency, in the United States and foreign countries, Americans are liable for the result of CIA agency actions.

         In order to reduces or slow down the process of using bad power through Covid – 19, people required to make lot of changes in their spiritual life (spiritual life is energy generate by human souls for physical bodies functioning.) for obeying the Almighty Eternal Creator’s creation laws, live each one life correctly, that generate good deeds. Or it is good residuals.  Good residuals or power slowly replace the bad residuals or power.

          Covid - 19 originated from Wuhan! It is airborne virus. It only need one or few people from Wuhan contained positive Coronavirus, entered United States, and other countries.  At the time individuals carried positive Covid - 19 landed on the ground from Wuhan, China or any country that Covid - 19 spreads, the virus instantly spreads in the airspace, and multiply faster than speed of light; because the airspace already extremely contaminated with evil residuals accumulated too long. It similar to dropped flame in the gasoline pool. It is airborne entering nose, mouths and eyes, manifesting through breathing, coughs and other symptoms. There are people healthy, who don’t have symptom and still contracted Covid - 19.  I am explaining of how working in high level power.  

          Almighty Eternal Creator’s Chosen Ones Always Rejected by Man Who Live a Life of Robbing the Almighty Eternal Creator.

          

            When come to result from each and all thoughts, words and actions, the United States of America is very compassionate people, but the United States Federal government operations systems very high destructive. It is the reason of the Almighty Creator chosen the businessman Donald J. Trump for two terms of eight years as the United States of America’s Commander-in-Chief. Without human minds understand it, but the destructive evil power knew it well, and it operates through bad people who chosen their free will of do things for benefit devil will.  The destructive evil power works through these people hatred the Almighty Eternal Creator, through hated President Donald J. Trump even before he elected as the United States President, and all along since he sworn in the First Office, they broadcast lot of things untruth without understand the facts, and landed in impeached him unsuccessfully.

           The Almighty Eternal Creator denied politician to lead the handling the reforming the United States Federal government destructive malfunction operation systems, filled with abusive of power, lying, wars and other violations that robbing the Almighty Eternal Creator, He hired businessman Donald J. Trump. President Trump is human like everyone else. He is not perfected!  But I found he heard from the Almighty Eternal Creator very well as man seek the Almighty God for guidance, God gave him guidance, and he heard and understand it well. It was reason of beside Democrat, some Republican politicians against him.

Major Causes Brought United States Became Highest Contaminated Air Country of Bad Residuals Power, Covid - 19 spreading Rapidly.

              It was started with in the late afternoon of March 30, 2020, I found Arnold Daniel contracted Covid - 19 from TSA Chief of JFK Airport. It was up sad me. I didn’t understand reason of it. 

           Because Arnold was first responder, who joined TSA Chief rescuers two CIA operatives and gangsters team kidnapped Don Bosco priest Rev. Norberto and second AFP Officer and stolen my consignment in Sydney airport, after they killed late AFP Officer David Hall. Arnold joined me and Michael Scott put out his money paid for hotel and fed the two victims.

           On my response to TSA Chief, I will speak to the Almighty Father tonight! Arnold Daniel have to healed and he be the first miracle person contracted Covid - 19 healed by Almighty God.

             Before I fall sleep, I complained to my divine Father (Almighty Eternal Creator) about Arnold Daniel contracted Covid - 19 after all the good things he done! But quickly I understood, Arnold is one of at least more than dozen good individuals in Australia and half dozen of good individuals in New York, Rhode Island and District of Columbia, my divine Father destined them for helping me at the starting of the Kingdom of Heaven Divine Mission moving forward to global public, my divine Father showed me the progress of Arnold Daniel healing from Covid - 19 by the Almighty God healing power!

             Then very quickly after my physical body asleep, my soul saw a very old, skinny, salt and pepper short hairs woman, she was wearing old white blouse and black pants, she was walking very far below in front of my feet and she was crossing from the side of my right to my left side direction. I quickly asked, “Father, what do you meant? I want Arnold heal fast as first Covid -19 person healed!” The reason I was asking it, because the description of the woman symbolic of evil power, she was crossing from right to left, meant evil power control certain group of people are losing.

              Later into the night, I saw a life about hundred years old strong money, his face has few hair; his forehead very wide, face skin was thick shinning callus; his left wrist got caught in a small hole about less than two feet from the top of petition, on the left side; while his back leaning to the petition, his right arm hanging straight down at his side. The petition measurement approximately 16 feet by 16 feet standing at the side of a large busy street next to government and civilian gathering places.

        I now understood the Monkey is future version of the old lady. Both old lady and Monkey are symbolic government agency, country, state, organization or religion. of the current. Old lady symbolic of pass and currently done lot bad things result major destructive evil deeds. Monkey symbolic of future outcome result from past harmed, murdered, stolen, lying, abused power, destruction activities.

        I then saw United States Treasury Department front building facing the West direction. While I was seeing Treasury Department, the Almighty Eternal Creator, who is my divine Father pointed to me the $665 million dollars, President Trump approved Treasury Department pay me on August 14, 2019. After I paid $1,700.00 to Treasury Department Steven Mnuchin and Bank of Ghana Governor Dr. Earnest Addison, they denied pay me, and both of them disappeared from me.

      My divine Father continue viewing to me of the International Court of Justice ruled on my favor of the case United States vs. Benin Republic on September 14, 2029, it ordered United States Treasury Department pay me. It was half of a year ago. Within the 6 months, Department of State and Treasury Department officials violated the International Court Order, and the Section 3771 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code, Federal Crime Victims Rights Benefits. They joined criminals CIA operatives in he American Embassy in Benin, Benin President, and Central Bank of Benin (BCEAO Benin) Director demanded me pay for two documents, Atestation D’Immatriculation and Certificat D’Attestation from Treasury Department of the Benin Republic.  Due to Benin Republic government protocol operations are scams, worse than Nigerian government. The cost for these document charges to foreigners were $3,200.00 and $1,400.00, repeatedly penalties added up to closer to ten thousand dollars, which several good individuals helped me paid in full. I saw Secretary Steven Mnuchin brief flashing in between my front and Treasury Department.

        While I still asleep, the Almighty Eternal Creator said to me, “Monkey and an old woman symbolic of CIA agency and Treasury Department.  CIA operatives interfered, told him (Steven Mnuchin) of not pay you. It is reason of both of your funds are not pay to you yet”

         The Almighty Eternal Creator instruction, said, “He (steven Mnuchin) will resign immediately at the time your funds pay out to you!”

          The above came directly from the Almighty Eternal Creator, who held ownership to all His creation to me, it indirectly instructed me to delivery His Order to the United States of America Commander-in-Chief, that in order to slow and reduces Covid – 19 spreads, the United States Federal government required to settled with the Almighty Eternal Creator. It also directly responded to me of Arnold Daniel will be the first Covid – 19 patient receiving healing.

        (Healing I am writing is whole being of a person completed purified, to health soul and physical body. It is not transformed from one illness to another that everyone called side effect from took medication.)

       It was also instruction to me to prepare documents and to delivery to the United States of American Commander-in-Chief, Donald J. Trump to demanded him to order Treasury Department to pay me two funds mentioned above, to U.S. Congress to pay in full damages caused by CIA agency over 15 years, it included CIA operatives in Melbourne and gangsters team stolen my consignment in JFK airport New York unsuccessfully, while it under airport security, stolen my consignment from Treasury Department sent it back to Australia, plotted car crashed murdered Australian Federal Police (AFP) Officer David Hall, kidnapped second AFP Officer and Catholic Don Bosco priest, Rev. Nobarto, and stolen my consignment third time.

              After the two first responders rescued two victims and recovered consignment, we found out they beaten Catholic Don Bosco Priest Rev. Noberto similar to evil beaten up Messiah Jesus fully man back there.  Rushed two victims to hospital, everyone there believed Rev. Noberto dead, but he woke up.  The Almighty Eternal Creator revealed to me, Rev. Noberto Ochoa dead, but it was not his time yet, Rev. Ochoa need to finishing his assignment, and the Almighty Eternal Creator sent his soul back to his physical body.

         The above murder and kidnapped and stolen consignment in Sydney airport Australia by CIA operatives and gangsters caused by CIA agency and Treasury Department Secretary or OFAC previously stolen the consignment previously on same day U.S. Democrat wrong impeached President Trump. The consignment brought to Treasury Department had by me after CIA operatives stolen it inside JFK airport New York and got caught, it forced me brought it to Treasury Department for redeemed coded U.S. currency willed to Messenger of Covenant for Kingdom of Heaven by late Michael Zimzanii.

CIA Agency Destruction:

A.   Beside CIA operatives in Melbourne and gangsters murdered later AFP Officer David Hall, kidnapped second AFP officer, and Catholic Don Bosco priest Rev. Noberto, CIA agency over 15 years long repeatedly committed serious felony crimes, against the Almighty Eternal Creator, through His Messenger of Covenant Mariette Do-Nguyen, who came as fully divine ad fully human.  They were initially intercepted first amount of $US 13 million dollars transferred from Benin to California USA. They demanded for transfer clearance document and $US13,125.00 VAT charges. They knew they violated U.S. citizen right protected in the U.S. Constitution and Federal laws, they acted as United States Federal official employees, agreed in legal binding contract of pay daily interest at seven percentages (7%) effective September 2, 2004 until the day both principal and interest pay in full and deposited in crime victim bank account by transfer by same method of transfer SWIFT to victim account for victim pay VAT charges $13,125.00. 

B.   On September 16, 2004 CIA operatives paid $13 million dollars, combine principal and interest total US$26 million dollars.  Instead of transfer be same method of transfer SWIFT, they issued a bank draft to funds owner and beneficiary, sent by FedEx. While crime victim was managing hide Canadian lawyer to take care of pay $34,575.00 none resident tax, CIA operative committed additional felony crime of diverted crime victim’s $26 million dollars to Spain, Spanish speaking language for prevented crime victim complaint with Spanish government. CIA operatives in Spain demanded victim pay $13,000.00 for the $13 million dollars interest CIA Operatives paid has no transfer clearance document.

The US$26 million dollars some how went to IMF and added to crime victim other funds from different late donors willed it to Kingdom of Heaven Messenger of Covenant. Then total $665 million dollars returned to West Africa ECOWAS on to Benin Republic. This case went in International Court of Justice, the Hague, Netherlands United States Vs. Benin Republic. On September 14, 2029, the Court ruled in favor of Federal and Benin’s crime victim Do-Nguyen. 

D.   International Court of Justice informed crime victim, “there were some U.S. government official don’t want you (crime victim) receiving your money.” Continue Department of State and Treasury Department joined CIA operatives in the Department of State demanded crime victim continue send more money to Benin for two documents, these two documents cost nearly $10,000. As of today, April 3, 2020, 6 months later Treasury Department joined CIA agency still violated International Court of Justice Order and Section 3771 of Title 18 of U.S. Code, Federal Crime Victims Right Benefit, and held hostages to crime victim’s money

E.   The Messenger of Covenant Do-Nguyen second fund willed by the late Michael Zimzanii before he death in year 2010, transferred from Azerbaijan via its correspondence UBA Ghana and onward to California, On November 2, 2011 the fund reached United States Banking jurisdiction, Department of State in Washington intercepted it, they notified UBA Ghana not beneficiary. Beneficiary received copy of the Interim Stop Order Notification, called the author on the Stop Order, and he denied he was the one signed Stop order on Department of State watermark letterhead.  Continued Department of State security officer also lied, blamed on 419 Nigerian scams. The result crime victim Do-Nguyen’s fund illegally diverted to Ghana. 

F.    In early November 2014 the U.S. ARMY Captain and United Nations Peacekeeper Officer accidentally found the fund stolen and held in Treasury Department in Ghana.  While the Ghana Fiduciary Agent works on release of the funds, after the hearing in Ghana Court on December 10, 2014, then about two weeks later crime victim Do-Nguyen received evidences from eyes witness, testified the American Ambassador and CIA operative Gene Cretz had meeting with Ghana President John Mahama in the Ghana Presidency, evidences wrote,

 “Ghana president wants to borrow $350 million from U.S. government to pay V.R.A debt which if failed will affected the electricity of Ghana. So the ambassador brought the suggestion, we should hurry up by providing the none residential tax clearance certificate so that we can move the fund.”

“They secretly to confiscate your fund then why can’t you plan secret to clear your fund from Ghana.  The information I gave you is 100% truth.”

G.   The Almighty Eternal Creator protected the funds owned by Kingdom of Heaven while the Messenger of Covenant on earth, who holding sole legal owner to the funds. The Bank of Ghana Deputy Governor contacted Do-Nguyen.  After one year battle cost lot of money, the $665 million dollars deposit in newly opened Corporate Account US Dollar, account holder is D. Q. Mariette Do-Nguyen.

H.   Then result from various individuals, in late July 2019 Bank of Ghana Governor Dr. Ernest Addison contacted crime victim during he visiting his wife family in State of Connecticut. Beginning of August 2029 Dr. Addison had business with United States Department of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Dr. Addison asked me if I give him permission to have Secretary Mnuchin services to transfer balance in my account combine principal and unpaid interest to me?  I said yes. After numbers of meetings I received the following:

(1)  OFAC board approved $100 million dollars compensation, I paid $250.00 fees for Sworn Oath Affidavit Form. The Form sent to me from Secretary Steven Mnuchin, I filled it out with my notarized signature and I sent it back to him. Next thing Secretary Mnuchin told me, I have to pay $3,000 to Treasury Department before, the $100 million dollars pay to my account.

(2)  I asked Dr. Addison give Secretary Mnuchin evidences of my fund in my account with BCEAO Benin, On August 14, 2029 I received email from Secretary Steven Mnuchin and text messages from Dr. Addison, informed me of, President Trump heard about my fund in my account with Bank of Ghana from Ambassador Stephanie Sullivan.  President Trump was about to call Treasury Department for pay the $665 million dollars to Federal and Ghana Crime victim, who is double naturals as Messenger of Covenant.

(3)  I received emails and text messages from Secretary Mnuchin and Dr. Addison, they informed me of World Bank demanded me pay $165,000.00 to World Bank for International Court of Justice processing the case of United States vs. Benin Republic.  Dr. Addison offered borrow money from his friend in Ghana, both Dr. Addison and Secretary Mnuchin demanded me provide to them my bank account online banking login USER name, password and secret question and answer.  They told me, for Bank of Ghana deposit loan amount $168,000.00 because the two amounts $3,000.00 and $165,000.00 required pay from my account to Treasury Department and World Bank for the $100 million dollars compensation deposit in my account. I denied give them my bank account online banking vital information. Secretary Mnuchin email to me, said, I send my online banking information to him, not to Dr. Addison for him run it through President Trump before he sends it to Ghana.

QUESTION: Was this the way how the United States Treasury Department / OFAC abusive power and stealing money from Federal crime victims all along? It must end and end it through my presence and Kingdom of Heaven’s Messenger of Covenant.  These people must go to jail right the way along with immediately proactive investigation.

I.     On August 21, 2019, crime victim Do-Nguyen received an email from International Court of Justice Judge Joan E. Donoghue. She informed crime victim of she personally handles the case. Since, she never asked crime victim send any money, not even one penny.  There was about several thousand dollars paid to Benin for two documents that demanded by Department of State and Department of Treasury.

J.    September 14 2019 Judge Joan Donoghue informed me the International Court ruled in my favor, file sent to Department of State for Treasury Department pay crime victim. But Department of State and Treasury Department violated Section 3771 of Title 18 of U.S. Code, CIA operatives controls Department of State and Treasury Department officials, they joined Benin scamming operations system, continued scamming more and more money from Federal, Benin Republic and Republic of Ghana forced International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands for forced crime victim continue paying more and more money to criminals in Benin.

K.   After thousand and thousand of dollars assisted from various good people in Benin and certain amounts from crime victim paid in full.  On March 2, 2020, Benin President issued Guaranteed letter, specified the $350 pay for verification code was the last and final penalty for release and transfer of crime victim funds to United States.  $350 paid in full on March 3, 2020, the process of verification completed on March 4, 2020. On same day March 4, 2020 all emails for payment and verification code completed forward the Honorable Judge Joan E. Donoghue.

L.    Emails from International Court Judge Honorable Donoghue repeatedly informed crime victim of within 48 hours after verification code clear, Treasury Department pay crime victim in full.

M.  But on April 3, 2020, it was 32 later after Treasury Department received verification code process completed, crime victim clear in Benin, Treasury Department officials fault of violated International Court Order didn’t pay me, allowed verification code expired after 14 days, and it need extension. Now Benin Treasury Department fees for extension of verification code is $600. Treasury Department already violated International Court Order, it fault and it must pay the $600.

N.   On April 6, 2020, crime victim received another email from International Court Judge, she informed crime victim of Treasury Department scheduled pay $10,000,000.00 on Holy Thursday, the remain balance will pay when Covid -19 situation stabilized. In response to the International Court Judge, Honorable Donoghue, crime victim demanded for pay in full principal and unpaid interest and daily penalty 7% to principal and Interest.

Justice for All Enforcement by the Almighty Eternal Creator, not earthly courts:

           Covid - 19 origin from poison in Wuhan and catches flame by airborne manifesting through evil residuals (evil power) in the airspace, contracted people without discrimination and border global.  The evil residuals power required uses if not all then at least majority of it for save two third (2/3) of human souls’ eternal life in Heaven.

           I am going to explaining in high level power, spiritual realm, the souls created by the Almighty Eternal Creator, and all souls always connecting to the Almighty Eternal Creator, good people who done their best do right things daily are resign in good power region, while people with hatred, evil actions for hurt other still under the Almighty Eternal Creator authorities, but through devil channel.  The devil channel existence because “free will” built to all human souls, for everyone chose their free will of be in the Almighty Creator regions for do good things, or be in the destructive devil regions, dwelling under the devil ruling.

          Covid - 19 Pandemic flames dropped in giant pool of gasoline (global airspace), it spreads like speed of light, day and night, without border without discrimination.

               The earth, specially the United States is pool of poison mud water! No one have power to drain this entirely poison mud water, excepted the Almighty Eternal Creator. If he drains the global pool of poison mud water, the earth exploded in ashes.   The Almighty Eternal Creator have full and top authority over scotching flames, the flames moving rapidly similar to tornadoes, the length of twisting in each and all areas depended on level of evil residuals (power) the Almighty Eternal Creator permission gave it. Then continue moving forward to other state, city, county. Again, it is about justice for all matter.

CONCLUSION

            I still remember back in Vietnam, at the time I was early twenty, I owned a laundry and tailor concession for the U.S. ARMY, Second Squadron, 11st Calvary, there was few Vietnamese interpreters came to my shop all the time, they were my friends, and they shared with me, they referred to Caucasian soldiers and said to me, “These American troops are too stupid!” I asked, “What did they do or what was happened?” They said, “Those teenagers created fake scenario and gave them (Caucasian soldier) and they pay them money.”  I told these interpreters, “You need to them the soldiers.” They responded, “We are interpreters, not adviser!” It meant in poverty foreign countries lot of fake information sold to CIA operatives, and ended with wars, missile strikes killed innocent civilians.

         CIA agencies controlling Department of State and Treasury Department, Justice Department, they abused their power, attempted stolen and stolen unsuccessfully of my Benin for over 15 years, Ghana for over 8 years, and consignment from Australia since December 2019.  The money I owned on earthly levels willed to me for Kingdom of Heaven.  They actually robbed the Almighty Eternal Creator! Within the length of time blocked my and my divine Mission provided services to global public, for the United States replaces with wars and terrorists fought Americans domestic and in foreign countries result destructive residuals in airspace. 

           The Almighty Eternal Creator’s creation laws (Rules and Regulations established before the earth and living creatures included human race begin creation, to governing human souls and all living creatures for justice for all, that required to carrying out at all time.

           Free will built to all human souls, for each one to choose do right thing or wrong things. It meant always rewards and punishments side-by-side.

          Once people disobeying the Almighty Eternal Creator creation rules and regulations result bad residuals.  Residuals is power in airspace of both good and bad. Unfortunately, beside individuals disobeying the Almighty Eternal Creation rules and regulations, none-government and government also done lot of bad things violated the creations laws.

       Creations laws required justice for all! It meant contamination power in the airspace require to use for new good residuals power replaces the evil power, through people make lot of changes.

          What I wrote was in high level power. On earthly is how it work in the United States: It is pool of mud water result from bad thing. After make changes, fill in with clear water.  Clear water filling in as the same time reduces mud water.

         United States Federal government “required” to paid crimes victims in full of her personal properties and damages!  Each and all individuals contributing to reduces Covid -19 scotches spread forces by make changes in each once life, following the Almighty Eternal Creator’s creation laws. By the time good deed residuals power in airspace, as the same time Covid – 19 consuming evil residuals power from airspace through contracted people, slowly the good residuals power took over airspace, slowly reduces Covid – 19 spreads. Then reduces people contracted Covid – 19 and “genuine” healing taking place.

        It will not completely end, because there are always bad people done bad things in this world.

        It meant everyone are in this together, making changes to do good things specified in the Almighty Eternal Creator’s creation laws, summarized in the Holy Bible.

          Without they know it, governments and officials never win invisible enemies Covid – 19! The things they brief public are adding fear and confusion on top of Covid – 19 contracted people, along with mental illnesses added on top of Covid- 19.
