virus originated from poison animals for purposes of consuming destruction evil
actions result residuals. There also good residuals result from
human who complying to the Almighty Eternal Creator’s creation
laws. Both residuals are power resign in airspace everywhere, more
or less depending on results of people and animal actions.
Once
good residuals power filled airspace, we can saw blessing of various kinds,
various boxes occurred. Once evil residuals filled the airspace, we
saw various kinds of destruction, such as wars, terrorism, abortion
activities, hatred, sexual misconducts, murdering, lying, robbery, taking
advances of minors, elderly, and innocent people, and etc.
Covid-19
pandemic (flame) dropped in airspace (pool of gasoline), flame scotching until
it burned out or to very small amount gasoline left. Absolutely governments and
government officials never win Covid – 19, invisible enemies on airspace! They
can help with supplies to medical profession calm Covid -19 symptoms, while
invisible enemies transformed in to differences symptoms, such as various kinds
of mental illnesses and other physical diseases.
In order
to reduces or slow down the process of using bad power through Covid – 19,
people required to make lot of changes in their spiritual life (spiritual life
is energy generate by human souls for physical bodies functioning.) for obeying
the Almighty Eternal Creator’s creation laws, live each one life correctly,
that generate good deeds. Or it is good residuals. Good residuals or
power slowly replace the bad residuals or power.
Earth
is Copy of Heaven: Earth is copy of Heaven meant, all things
created or formed spiritual realm, high level power stage before come on earth!
Without high power of both good and bad, there is no existence of the
earth. All scientists and everyone souls created in spiritual realm

Almighty Eternal Creator Intervention: Attached
herewith a section from Messenger of Covenant Mariette Do-Nguyen, briefly
explained almighty eternal supper natural power, or the Almighty Eternal

Messenger
of Covenant is almighty eternal supernatural power, part of the Almighty
Eternal Creator, that he built to my soul at the time He created my
soul. At the moment my soul incarnated, my double naturals
representing Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

Governing
authority power built to Jesus and my souls, revealed and recorded in Rev.
11:3-6
“I will commission my two witnesses* to
prophesy for those twelve hundred and sixty days, wearing sackcloth.”4b These
are the two olive trees and the two lampstands* that
stand before the Lord of the earth.5* If
anyone wants to harm them, fire comes out of their mouths and devours their

The
last several decades, part of human race in general, more in global governments
became dragon spewed torrent of water out of his mouth and the earth opened it mouth
swallowed the flood that dragon spewed.
“When the dragon saw that it had been thrown down
to the earth, it pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.f14But the woman

States Federal, Benin Republic, Republic of Ghana’s crimes evidences revealed

Result from CIA
operatives and some top United States government officials committed the above
felony crimes, created the most amount of residuals / evil

tax payers dollars paid salaries and all expenses for CIA agency, in the United
States and foreign countries, Americans are liable for the result of CIA agency
actions.
Consequences
from bad or evil actions is residuals. Residuals is evil power accumulated for

Covid - 19 originated from
Wuhan! It is airborne virus. It only need one or few people from Wuhan
contained positive Coronavirus, entered United States, and other
countries. At the time individuals carried positive Covid - 19
landed on the ground from Wuhan, China or any country that Covid - 19 spreads,
the virus instantly spreads in the airspace, and multiply faster than speed of
light; because the airspace already extremely contaminated with evil residuals
accumulated too long. It similar to dropped flame in the gasoline pool. It is
airborne entering nose, mouths and eyes, manifesting through breathing, coughs
and other symptoms. There are people healthy, who don’t have symptom and still
contracted Covid - 19. I am explaining of how working in high level

Almighty

When
come to result from each and all thoughts, words and actions, the United States
of America is very compassionate people, but the United States Federal government
operations systems very high destructive. It is the reason of the Almighty
Creator chosen the businessman Donald J. Trump for two terms of eight years as
the United States of America’s Commander-in-Chief. Without human minds
understand it, but the destructive evil power knew it well, and it operates

is human like everyone else. He is not perfected! But I found he
heard from the Almighty Eternal Creator very well as man seek the Almighty God
for guidance, God gave him guidance, and he heard and understand it well. It

It
was started with in the late afternoon of March 30, 2020, I found Arnold Daniel
contracted Covid - 19 from TSA Chief of JFK Airport. It was up sad me. I didn’t
understand reason of it.
Because Arnold was
first responder, who joined TSA Chief rescuers two CIA operatives and gangsters
team kidnapped Don Bosco priest Rev. Norberto and second AFP Officer and stolen
my consignment in Sydney airport, after they killed late AFP Officer David
Hall. Arnold joined me and Michael Scott put out his money paid for hotel and
fed the two victims.
On my response to TSA
Chief, I will speak to the Almighty Father tonight! Arnold Daniel have to
healed and he be the first miracle person contracted Covid - 19 healed by
Almighty God.
Before
I fall sleep, I complained to my divine Father (Almighty Eternal Creator) about
Arnold Daniel contracted Covid - 19 after all the good things he done! But
quickly I understood, Arnold is one of at least more than dozen good
individuals in Australia and half dozen of good individuals in New York, Rhode
Island and District of Columbia, my divine Father destined them for helping me
at the starting of the Kingdom of Heaven Divine Mission moving forward to
global public, my divine Father showed me the progress of Arnold Daniel healing
from Covid - 19 by the Almighty God healing power!
Then
very quickly after my physical body asleep, my soul saw a very old, skinny,
salt and pepper short hairs woman, she was wearing old white blouse and black
pants, she was walking very far below in front of my feet and she was crossing
from the side of my right to my left side direction. I quickly asked, “Father,
what do you meant? I want Arnold heal fast as first Covid -19 person healed!”
The reason I was asking it, because the description of the woman symbolic of
evil power, she was crossing from right to left, meant evil power control
certain group of people are losing.
Later
into the night, I saw a life about hundred years old strong money, his face has
few hair; his forehead very wide, face skin was thick shinning callus; his left
wrist got caught in a small hole about less than two feet from the top of
petition, on the left side; while his back leaning to the petition, his right
arm hanging straight down at his side. The petition measurement approximately
16 feet by 16 feet standing at the side of a large busy street next to
government and civilian gathering places.
I now understood
the Monkey is future version of the old lady. Both old lady and Monkey are
symbolic government agency, country, state, organization or religion. of the
current. Old lady symbolic of pass and currently done lot bad things result
major destructive evil deeds. Monkey symbolic of future outcome result from
past harmed, murdered, stolen, lying, abused power, destruction activities.
I then saw
United States Treasury Department front building facing the West direction.
While I was seeing Treasury Department, the Almighty Eternal Creator, who is my
divine Father pointed to me the $665 million dollars, President Trump approved
Treasury Department pay me on August 14, 2019. After I paid $1,700.00 to
Treasury Department Steven Mnuchin and Bank of Ghana Governor Dr. Earnest
Addison, they denied pay me, and both of them disappeared from me.
My divine Father continue
viewing to me of the International Court of Justice ruled on my favor of the
case United States vs. Benin Republic on September 14, 2029, it ordered United
States Treasury Department pay me. It was half of a year ago. Within the 6 months,
Department of State and Treasury Department officials violated the
International Court Order, and the Section 3771 of Title 18 of the U.S. Code,
Federal Crime Victims Rights Benefits. They joined criminals CIA operatives in
he American Embassy in Benin, Benin President, and Central Bank of Benin (BCEAO
Benin) Director demanded me pay for two documents, Atestation D’Immatriculation
and Certificat D’Attestation from Treasury Department of the Benin
Republic. Due to Benin Republic government protocol operations are
scams, worse than Nigerian government. The cost for these document charges to
foreigners were $3,200.00 and $1,400.00, repeatedly penalties added up to
closer to ten thousand dollars, which several good individuals helped me paid
in full. I saw Secretary Steven Mnuchin brief flashing in between my front and
Treasury Department.
While I still
asleep, the Almighty Eternal Creator said to me, “Monkey and an old woman
symbolic of CIA agency and Treasury Department. CIA operatives
interfered, told him (Steven Mnuchin) of not pay you. It is reason of both of
your funds are not pay to you yet”
The
Almighty Eternal Creator instruction, said, “He (steven Mnuchin) will resign
immediately at the time your funds pay out to you!”
The
above came directly from the Almighty Eternal Creator, who held ownership to
all His creation to me, it indirectly instructed me to delivery His Order to
the United States of America Commander-in-Chief, that in order to slow and
reduces Covid – 19 spreads, the United States Federal government required to
settled with the Almighty Eternal Creator. It also directly responded to me of
Arnold Daniel will be the first Covid – 19 patient receiving healing.
(Healing I am
writing is whole being of a person completed purified, to health soul and
physical body. It is not transformed from one illness to another that everyone
called side effect from took medication.)
It was also
instruction to me to prepare documents and to delivery to the United States of
American Commander-in-Chief, Donald J. Trump to demanded him to order Treasury
Department to pay me two funds mentioned above, to U.S. Congress to pay in full
damages caused by CIA agency over 15 years, it included CIA operatives in
Melbourne and gangsters team stolen my consignment in JFK airport New York
unsuccessfully, while it under airport security, stolen my consignment from
Treasury Department sent it back to Australia, plotted car crashed murdered
Australian Federal Police (AFP) Officer David Hall, kidnapped second AFP
Officer and Catholic Don Bosco priest, Rev. Nobarto, and stolen my consignment
third time.
After
the two first responders rescued two victims and recovered consignment, we
found out they beaten Catholic Don Bosco Priest Rev. Noberto similar to evil
beaten up Messiah Jesus fully man back there. Rushed two victims to
hospital, everyone there believed Rev. Noberto dead, but he woke
up. The Almighty Eternal Creator revealed to me, Rev. Noberto Ochoa
dead, but it was not his time yet, Rev. Ochoa need to finishing his assignment,
and the Almighty Eternal Creator sent his soul back to his physical body.
The above
murder and kidnapped and stolen consignment in Sydney airport Australia by CIA
operatives and gangsters caused by CIA agency and Treasury Department Secretary
or OFAC previously stolen the consignment previously on same day U.S. Democrat
wrong impeached President Trump. The consignment brought to Treasury Department
had by me after CIA operatives stolen it inside JFK airport New York and got

CIA Agency Destruction:
A. Beside CIA operatives in
Melbourne and gangsters murdered later AFP Officer David Hall, kidnapped second
AFP officer, and Catholic Don Bosco priest Rev. Noberto, CIA agency over 15
years long repeatedly committed serious felony crimes, against the Almighty
Eternal Creator, through His Messenger of Covenant Mariette Do-Nguyen, who came
as fully divine ad fully human. They were initially intercepted
first amount of $US 13 million dollars transferred from Benin to California
USA. They demanded for transfer clearance document and $US13,125.00 VAT
charges. They knew they violated U.S. citizen right protected in the U.S.
Constitution and Federal laws, they acted as United States Federal official
employees, agreed in legal binding contract of pay daily interest at seven
percentages (7%) effective September 2, 2004 until the day both principal and
interest pay in full and deposited in crime victim bank account by transfer by
same method of transfer SWIFT to victim account for victim pay VAT charges
$13,125.00.
B. On September 16, 2004 CIA

C. CIA Operatives operation
system exactly format of Nigerian scams! Crime victim denied pay

added to crime victim other funds from different late donors willed it to
Kingdom of Heaven Messenger of Covenant. Then total $665 million dollars
returned to West Africa ECOWAS on to Benin Republic. This case went in
International Court of Justice, the Hague, Netherlands United States Vs. Benin
Republic. On September 14, 2029, the Court ruled in favor of Federal and
Benin’s crime victim Do-Nguyen.
D. International Court of
Justice informed crime victim, “there were some U.S. government official don’t
want you (crime victim) receiving your money.” Continue Department of State and
Treasury Department joined CIA operatives in the Department of State demanded
crime victim continue send more money to Benin for two documents, these two
documents cost nearly $10,000. As of today, April 3, 2020, 6 months later
Treasury Department joined CIA agency still violated International Court of
Justice Order and Section 3771 of Title 18 of U.S. Code, Federal Crime Victims
Right Benefit, and held hostages to crime victim’s money
E. The Messenger of Covenant
Do-Nguyen second fund willed by the late Michael Zimzanii before he death in
year 2010, transferred from Azerbaijan via its correspondence UBA Ghana and
onward to California, On November 2, 2011 the fund reached United States
Banking jurisdiction, Department of State in Washington intercepted it, they
notified UBA Ghana not beneficiary. Beneficiary received copy of the Interim
Stop Order Notification, called the author on the Stop Order, and he denied he
was the one signed Stop order on Department of State watermark
letterhead. Continued Department of State security officer also
lied, blamed on 419 Nigerian scams. The result crime victim Do-Nguyen’s fund
illegally diverted to Ghana.
F. In early November 2014
the U.S. ARMY Captain and United Nations Peacekeeper Officer accidentally found
the fund stolen and held in Treasury Department in Ghana. While the
Ghana Fiduciary Agent works on release of the funds, after the hearing in Ghana
Court on December 10, 2014, then about two weeks later crime victim Do-Nguyen
received evidences from eyes witness, testified the American Ambassador and CIA
operative Gene Cretz had meeting with Ghana President John Mahama in the Ghana
Presidency, evidences wrote,
“Ghana president wants to borrow $350 million
from U.S. government to pay V.R.A debt which if failed will affected the
electricity of Ghana. So the ambassador brought the suggestion, we should hurry
up by providing the none residential tax clearance certificate so that we can
move the fund.”
“They secretly to confiscate your fund then why can’t you plan
secret to clear your fund from Ghana. The information I gave you is
100% truth.”
G. The Almighty Eternal Creator protected the funds
owned by Kingdom of Heaven while the Messenger of Covenant on earth, who
holding sole legal owner to the funds. The Bank of Ghana Deputy Governor
contacted Do-Nguyen. After one year battle cost lot of money, the
$665 million dollars deposit in newly opened Corporate Account US Dollar,
account holder is D. Q. Mariette Do-Nguyen.
H. Then result from various individuals, in late
July 2019 Bank of Ghana Governor Dr. Ernest Addison contacted crime victim
during he visiting his wife family in State of Connecticut. Beginning of August
2029 Dr. Addison had business with United States Department of Treasury
Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Dr. Addison asked me if I give him permission to have
Secretary Mnuchin services to transfer balance in my account combine principal
and unpaid interest to me? I said yes. After numbers of meetings I
received the following:
(1) OFAC board approved $100 million dollars compensation, I paid
$250.00 fees for Sworn Oath Affidavit Form. The Form sent to me from Secretary
Steven Mnuchin, I filled it out with my notarized signature and I sent it back
to him. Next thing Secretary Mnuchin told me, I have to pay $3,000 to Treasury
Department before, the $100 million dollars pay to my account.
(2) I asked Dr. Addison give Secretary Mnuchin evidences of my fund in
my account with BCEAO Benin, On August 14, 2029 I received email from Secretary
Steven Mnuchin and text messages from Dr. Addison, informed me of, President
Trump heard about my fund in my account with Bank of Ghana from Ambassador
Stephanie Sullivan. President Trump was about to call Treasury
Department for pay the $665 million dollars to Federal and Ghana Crime victim,
who is double naturals as Messenger of Covenant.
(3) I received emails and text messages from Secretary Mnuchin and Dr.
Addison, they informed me of World Bank demanded me pay $165,000.00 to World
Bank for International Court of Justice processing the case of United States
vs. Benin Republic. Dr. Addison offered borrow money from his friend
in Ghana, both Dr. Addison and Secretary Mnuchin demanded me provide to them my
bank account online banking login USER name, password and secret question and
answer. They told me, for Bank of Ghana deposit loan amount
$168,000.00 because the two amounts $3,000.00 and $165,000.00 required pay from
my account to Treasury Department and World Bank for the $100 million dollars
compensation deposit in my account. I denied give them my bank account online
banking vital information. Secretary Mnuchin email to me, said, I send my
online banking information to him, not to Dr. Addison for him run it through
President Trump before he sends it to Ghana.
QUESTION: Was this the way how the United States
Treasury Department / OFAC abusive power and stealing money from Federal crime
victims all along? It must end and end it through my presence and Kingdom of
Heaven’s Messenger of Covenant. These people must go to jail right
the way along with immediately proactive investigation.
I. On August 21, 2019, crime
victim Do-Nguyen received an email from International Court of Justice Judge
Joan E. Donoghue. She informed crime victim of she personally handles the case.
Since, she never asked crime victim send any money, not even one penny. There
was about several thousand dollars paid to Benin for two documents that
demanded by Department of State and Department of Treasury.
J. September 14 2019 Judge
Joan Donoghue informed me the International Court ruled in my favor, file sent
to Department of State for Treasury Department pay crime victim. But Department
of State and Treasury Department violated Section 3771 of Title 18 of U.S.
Code, CIA operatives controls Department of State and Treasury Department
officials, they joined Benin scamming operations system, continued scamming
more and more money from Federal, Benin Republic and Republic of Ghana forced
International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands for forced crime victim
continue paying more and more money to criminals in Benin.
K. After thousand and thousand of dollars assisted
from various good people in Benin and certain amounts from crime victim paid in
full. On March 2, 2020, Benin President issued Guaranteed letter,
specified the $350 pay for verification code was the last and final penalty for
release and transfer of crime victim funds to United States. $350
paid in full on March 3, 2020, the process of verification completed on March
4, 2020. On same day March 4, 2020 all emails for payment and verification code
completed forward the Honorable Judge Joan E. Donoghue.
L. Emails from International
Court Judge Honorable Donoghue repeatedly informed crime victim of within 48
hours after verification code clear, Treasury Department pay crime victim in
full.
M. But on April 3, 2020, it was 32 later after Treasury Department
received verification code process completed, crime victim clear in Benin, Treasury
Department officials fault of violated International Court Order didn’t pay me,
allowed verification code expired after 14 days, and it need extension. Now
Benin Treasury Department fees for extension of verification code is $600.
Treasury Department already violated International Court Order, it fault and it
must pay the $600.
N. On April 6, 2020, crime victim received another
email from International Court Judge, she informed crime victim of Treasury
Department scheduled pay $10,000,000.00 on Holy Thursday, the remain balance
will pay when Covid -19 situation stabilized. In response to the International
Court Judge, Honorable Donoghue, crime victim demanded for pay in full
principal and unpaid interest and daily penalty 7% to principal and Interest.
Justice for All Enforcement by the Almighty Eternal Creator, not
earthly courts:
Covid
- 19 origin from poison in Wuhan and catches flame by airborne manifesting
through evil residuals (evil power) in the airspace, contracted people without

are resign in good power region, while people with hatred, evil actions for

Creator regions for do good things, or be in the destructive devil regions,

Covid
- 19 Pandemic flames dropped in giant pool of gasoline (global airspace), it

The
